With the launch of the latest 3rd generation technology by Telstra, the Westfield's Shopping Centre in the Chatswood Mall in Sydney needed a sophisticated in building system to provide the 850MHz technology. The system used the Mobile Access MA2000 configuration utilising dual band 800MHz/1800MHz fibre distribution architecture. 11 remote heads were deployed which connect directly to the Base Units via Single Mode fibre optical cabling. The integration time is significantly quicker than other similar systems, taking only 2 hours. The owner of the system, Trilo-G International was extremely happy with the ease of deployment.
