Innovation Place is currently the highest quality office building in North Sydney. The $82 million tower is the national headquarters of the Tenix Group, and comprises 25,000 square metres of commercial office space over 20 floors, three podium levels, and parking for 143 vehicles in three basement levels plus two floors for plant and machinery.

In accordance with the Property Council of Australia's building classification, Innovation Place is a Premium Grade building. This classification requires that the entire building has adequate mobile phone coverage, including 100% Net Lettable Area, Lifts, Stairwells, Plantrooms and Basements. This applies whether existing mobile phone coverage is adequate or not.

Enersus was awarded the contract to deploy the In Building Coverage solution into this exciting new building. The builder, Bovis Lend Lease and major electrical services contractor, Heyday Group required the system to be deployed under an extremely strict timeframe. By mobilising a team of specialist installers for 12 hours per day, 6 days per week over a 5 week period, the entire solution was built prior to the Practical Completion deadline. Enersus was able to implement its world class IMD complaint components and jumper cables to ensure the solution was capable of supporting the mobile carriers strict standards.
