National ISP Chooses Enersus
The largest Internet Service Provider in Papua New Guinea has chosen Enersus to supply an Alvarion based infrastructure to extend it's services into remote and regional areas. The Alvarion solution was chosen because of it's carrier grade quality and ability to provide outstanding Non Line of Sight (NLOS) connectivity in very mountainous terrain. When the ISP requested Alvarion to recommend the preferred supply channel for their requirements, Enersus was proposed due to the importance of dedicated customer support. Enersus acknowledged the needs of this key customer by assigning a customer account manager to provide a responsive, committed level of service. With all major customers, Enersus believes in an "outsourced" model of operation, where the customer treats the Enersus team as an external sourcing department.
